He also locked in an amazing rate for us that our real estate agent couldn't believe! When we got an offer accepted on our house and were under contract, we only had 2 weeks to secure the loan. Vincent was on top of everything and we secured the loan even a few days ahead of the deadline. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone!

As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous going in. Vincent always made himself available for my wife and I to call. When we had questions, he provided us with all the possible options. He was also extremely timely with necessary paperwork to give my wife and I plenty of time to complete. Our mortgage closed on time without any issues. I never write reviews, except for negative ones; I'm just that lazy kind of guy. But, I feel like I have to repay Vin's incredible service to us by publicly stating just how awesome our experiences with him and Platinum Mortgage have been. My wife and I have used Vincent at Platinum Mortgage for both of our mortgages, and as people who knew nothing about the process and were nervous that we would be taken advantage of and not looked out for, I can tell you how lucky we were to have Vin in our corner. I really can't say enough about how vital he was to our experience, but I'll just say that he answers all questions, he explores all angles and opportunities, and he keeps us informed during the entire process. There is no doubt in my mind that he has helped my family to save many many tens of thousands of dollars through his recommendations and his hard work. Not enough positive things can be said about Platinum Mortgage. I have used them three times now to either finance or re-finance a mortgage and each time was an absolutely seamless experience. As many of us know, securing a home mortgage can be a daunting and stressful (to say the least) task. Vincent and team provide in-depth and accurate explanations for each and every step of the process which makes this about as painless of a process as it can possibly be. My family and I will most certainly be going back to Platinum Mortgage for all of our future mortgage needs!
